Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using AI Business Suite apps (ContentAI Pro, AI Resume Builder, Invoice AI, Proposal AI, AI Bookkeeper Pro), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on your iOS device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the apps.

3. Subscriptions

Each app offers monthly ($14.99 USD) and yearly ($99.99 USD) subscription plans with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings or via our website.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our apps use AI to generate content, resumes, invoices, proposals, and other materials. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content.

5. Privacy

Your use of the apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at aibizsuite.org/privacy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the apps to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the apps.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of USA Global Ventures LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the apps belongs to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The apps use third-party services including OpenAI for AI generation and Stripe for payment processing. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
